Sequestration Meal #192

 

Although the linguine with chickpea sauce I'd made was good, it needed something, so I did my usual thing and made it into pasta salad with some scallions and Vegenaise. (I guess I wasn't feeling all that industrious.) I put that on a plate with sliced tomatoes, crackers, and a bit of Follow Your Heart smoked gouda. It was a definite improvement over the original chickpea sauce noodle dish.

    1. I think I need to give up on chickpea-sauced noodles, honestly! I keep trying them and getting annoyed!
