Sequestration Meal #275
As a palate cleanser between attempts at cooking with beer, I made some coconut-peanut rice noodles with veggies, which was really good! I made a half recipe of the sauce here and had it with veggies I had on hand (zucchini, green peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms, and edamame), rice noodles, some chopped peanuts, and dried cilantro.
I'll face Welsh rarebit soon enough.
