Temari Rabbit 2-Tier Bento #113

My Asian baby corn salad and some improvisational veggie peanut noodles because I still had some cooked linguine from yesterday.

Even though I have been barely able to make myself do things this week (for more emotional reasons than physical), and this represented a significant downshift in what I'd planned for my meals, this was fantastic and I'd happily eat this again even on a better day. This is super easy to make. But if I'd planned for this I would also have had some chopped peanuts to garnish the noodles with. I think that would be a nice addition.

  1. Any peanut buttery dish makes me happy.... chopped peanuts sound like a great idea to add some crunch in there.

    1. Thanks! Yes. I never seem to keep peanuts on hand but maybe I should buy a small packet to have just for this.

    This meal looks seriously incredible. The veggie peanut noodles look perfect, I always want to make peanut sauce but never do. I definitely need to change that.
