Sequestration Meal #76

It cooled down a bit and I was in the mood for bread I knew would turn out nicely: My own recipe for vegan sandwich bread. I splurged and let myself use the vegan butter and soy milk and whatnot because sometimes you just need to. Also it seems like there may be the option of local grocery store deliveries in the near future, sparing my need to ration some things.

I made a sandwich with this bread, photographed before I actually sandwiched it, using the rest of my accidentally-opened can of white beans to make a smashed white bean salad (recipe at Splendid Table). I probably wouldn't make this again, but it did the job. I just prefer chickpea salad, I think.
