Sequestration Meal #664

 


Old favorites: Rice, Korean-style (actually Russian) carrot salad, Korean cucumber salad (oi muchim, which is actually a Korean thing), vegan bulgogi (Nasoya brand), and gochujang mushrooms.

Though this isn't what I'd call an easy meal in the sense of being quick; it isn't that quick to make the salads and everything else. But if you do as I do and prep the salads ahead of time, all you have to do is get the rice cooker going, make the mushrooms, warm the bulgogi, and then plate everything. So from that perspective, this was easy. Easy or not, these things are always delicious.
