Sequestration Meal #665
I was intrigued by this recipe for spiced lentil soup from Phoebe's Pure Food because I don't think I've ever put an apple in soup, but it sounded like it would work. It did work! This is really good. I topped it with smoked paprika, some coconut milk drizzles, and fresh cilantro, and served that alongside some fresh-baked crescent rolls.
Some days are just soup days, right?
