A sandwich of "Chicky salad" from Isa Does It on toast and raw Brussels sprouts and apple salad.

I made the whole recipe of Chicky salad and it has taken me a really long time to get through, but I've tried to vary its presentation, at least.

I'm not a fan of raw Brussels sprouts, I just learned, but that makes me sad because they are so pretty in shreds like this.
