vegan ham roast, some candied sweet potatoes with pecans, red and green grapes, and vegan broccoli casserole.
I don't know what I did wrong with the ham roast, but it did not work out. It was okay, but way too much effort for "edible," and I know it wasn't supposed to expand as much as it did--it went from the size of my fist to nearly taking the lid off my family size slow cooker. I ate it about four times (probably less than what would have been the recommended serving size) and then threw out the rest.
The broccoli casserole, on the other hand, turned out magnificently and I will definitely make it again. Cashews are some kind of miracle food.
