Sequestration Meal #26

Though some of my meals lately have been a production (a diversion in these trying times), this was from a lower-energy day: Linguine in a basic cream sauce with asparagus. It was very close to this recipe from Thyme and Love, though I only made one serving. Something about all those carbs was just what I needed; I felt much better after this.

    1. I think I may have been eating fewer carbs than I normally would, since all the carb-heavy things seemed too precious--pasta, rice, flour, what-have-you are all sold out so quickly.

  2. That looks so lovely! As I've mentioned a million times I don't really like pasta or eat it often at all but that is making me crave pasta!

    1. Pasta can be hard to find these days, so you may be fortunate not to like it much! I probably eat far too much pasta, so I'll take your portion.
