Sequestration Meal #38
I seem to be waffling between "I don't want to cook" and "I want comfort food" lately, so here's the latest comfort food: stroganoff made from Gardein beefless tips and mushrooms and some non-dairy sour cream over the Light 'N Fluffy macaroni dumplings that are my go-to substitute for egg noodles. It was an easy meal that helped me feel a lot better.
I know that feeling. This looks like perfect comfort food.
ReplyDeleteOh, yum, this looks so good! I still have a good amount of pasta for now, but when I get low, I'll have to get some of those macaroni dumplings again!
