Sequestration Meal #49
In my last trip to a physical store (well over a month ago) I picked up some French lentils. I had been wanting to try them and also lentils seemed like smart thing to grab. The first thing I wanted to make with them was this warm lentil salad, which I topped with some Violife feta. I veganized this recipe from Family Style Food, using what I had and making substitutions for what I didn't. It turned out fine and felt like I was doing good things for myself, but next time I will need to add more flavor! This was kind of bland for some reason. Do you have a favorite recipe for French lentils?
