Sequestration Meal #58

I saw a recipe for cabbage dumplings in gravy at Healthier Steps and had to try them. They're cabbage and chickpea flour dumplings, really, in a creamy tomato and coconut milk curry sauce.

The recipe made fewer dumplings than I expected, so halving it meant I only got six dumplings overall. I think, though, that I would have infinitely preferred these with a lot more chickpea flour, so if I made it again I would double the chickpea flour and add a bit of water to hold them together. It was a fun thing to try, but somewhat more involved than what I seem to have interest in most of the time these days.
