Sequestration Meal #55

A burrito like this deserved a close up. I put the leftover tofu scramble you recently saw, a cubed cooked potato, some veggies sauteed together with some Wegmans Don't Be Piggy sausage (veggies: spinach, red pepper, and onion), avocado, and Daiya cheese in a flour tortilla and grilled it for a bit so the cheese would melt.

Though I would have preferred a hash brown patty--those are amazing in a tofu scramble burrito--this did the job and did it well.
