Monbento Square #41 (Single Tier)
Here's my answer to not generating leftovers: Meal prep! So here we have a molasses almond butter energy bite (recipe from Sweet Poppy Seed), some apple slices, and pinwheels made of tortillas, homemade beet hummus, spinach, cucumber, and orange bell pepper.
Though this was delicious, I also loved it because it was so pretty! I should make beet hummus more often.
This is so gorgeous! Pink is my favourite colour, so of course that immediately caught my eye.
