ECO Lunch Box Three-in-One #85

Veggie and tofu lo mein, improvisational cucumber salad with black sesame seeds and grape tomatoes, and nectarine slices.

You may be observing a theme here. I had some pasta left after the peanut noodles, and still had some of the marinated tofu, so I went with this. I love lo mein, but I hardly ever make it. I don't really know why--it's fantastic.
