Sequestration Meal #81
I had some rice left over from the meal you saw yesterday, so I turned it into soup. It already had a lot of veggies in it, but I added some peas for a bit of green, some veggie broth made from Better than Bouillon Not Chicken, and some soy curls. It was a nice, easy meal. Not pictured (and not gluten free, though this lunch is so tagged because the soup is) I had this with the end of a loaf of bread I'd made.
That looks lovely! It’s been really hot here lately, and it’s only the beginning. My recent go to is pinto bean tostadas and salad. So much salad.
