KOSOX 2-Tier Sushi Box #24

Pinwheels of a flour tortilla, Vegenaise, shredded Daiya Monterey jack, spinach, shredded carrots, and smoked Tofurky; the rest of that Romesco pasta salad I had a few days ago; and avocado and tomato chunks.

These pinwheels were so good and so easy! Tofurky isn't sold in a lot of places around here and not at the store I go to most often, but I absolutely love it, so I make a point of getting it when I do go to the other stores. This would be good without Tofurky, though; I haven't made my own deli slices in a while but I imagine they'd be good here, too.

    1. I wish we had more varieties of it--supposedly they even make a roast beef-style deli slice!

  2. Pinwheels always look so much fun! I too love Tofuky slices. We can get the smoked ham slices in the supermarkets now, though the other varieties I think are still in the vegan shops. I've got some recipes to make my own slices, but I know I'll never get them so thin.

    1. I feel like a machine must exist that would do this for us--maybe a meat slicer?

    2. I braved the potential for gross images and Googled meat slicer and you can indeed buy one of your very own for about $35! Plus no gross meat images, so successful search.
