Monbento Square #7 (Double Tier)

Tomato-garlic flavored bruschetta toast rounds, an improvisational avocado-tomato-cucumber-corn-red onion salad, strawberries, some squares of Hu's hazelnut butter in dark chocolate bar, blueberries, and peach slices.

This was a surprisingly good lunch, considering I didn't plan it at all and just grabbed what was available. Someone at work was giving away her extra berries earlier, so obviously I jumped at that opportunity! They really gave this a punch of color. Avocados were on sale, so I bought the store's limit (4 at 97 cents each!) about a week ago and they had finally ripened. Sometimes my improvisations don't work out, but sometimes they're pretty great. This one, fortunately, was pretty darn great.
