Sequestration Meal #121

I had some watermelon left, so I tried a new salad--this one was not that great, so I have learned I am not in the watermelon-strawberry-cucumber-feta salad boat, even if I do love Violife feta.
The wrap I made was another story--leftover tofu-cashew ricotta, spinach, and the Mia vegan prosciutto I bought from a restaurant supply company a while ago. I've already told you how amazing the proscuitto was. Even though the salad was meh, the wrap made this a pretty great lunch!
