Sequestration Meal #353
The leftover ingredients I had from making the gigli you saw yesterday was the basis for this flatbread pizza, made on the bread I'd made I had in the freezer from a while ago. I added mushrooms to the sausage and spinach and the toppings were thicker than the bread, which made this tricky to eat, but still it tasted good.
Once again an excellent combination of leftovers.
