Monbento Original #30 (Double Tier)

Some improvisational carrot-cucumber salad (matchsticks in a mayo-based dressing), red and green grapes, and a revisiting of the angel hair (actually cappellini) pasta with olives, capers, and tomatoes.

This time I put some of the tofu spread I'd made for the wraps you saw earlier this week into the pasta. It was so good. It didn't really need the Violife parmesan topping but I added it anyway because it looks pretty.
