Sequestration Meal #37

I went with something easy this time. This is quesadillas (I made one avocado (Daiya cheddar and mozzarella) and one chicken-style seitan (just Daiya cheddar on that one), both with onions and red peppers), an avocado-sour cream-salsa dip, and tortilla strip chips. It got the job done!


  1. Yum! I am making quesadillas for lunch in a couple of days, looking forward to it.

    2. I ended up making them for lunch yesterday because I just needed something full of melty hot cheese and it was just the thing.
