Sequestration Meal #45

It's really quite odd how much I just want to eat salad at home. Maybe I'm exhausted from cooking; maybe the vitamins help. Who knows. But on a day I had very little appetite, a pretty salad of spinach, strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, Violife feta, and a homemade poppy seed dressing got me to eat something.

But one truly weird and unexpected pandemic development is that the easiest thing to get, the thing I am least concerned about getting delivered to me, is fresh produce. So I can feel confident in eating as many salads as I want, and I wish I wanted even more of them!


  1. This looks so lovely and colourful, and berries are always a nice addition.

    1. As I said on Facebook, if nothing sounds good, have something that looks good!
