Sequestration Meal #261


Because sometimes the simplest things are the most welcome: A platter of snacks, including Mia/Good & Green plant based salami, Follow Your Heart smoked gouda, Club crackers, black olives, cucumber slices, and grape tomatoes.

I love crackers. Crackers are some of my favorite things on earth, and so many of them are incidentally vegan. So much fun! The salami was way too spicy to truly enjoy this way, but I'll find a solution to that problem soon enough.


  1. This looks fantastic! Snack type meals are always a win here. For tomorrow, which is technically tonight, I’m heading towards a French toast-ish casserole.

  2. I love little snacky plates like this, they are so easy and fun and also good to use up little bits and pieces.
