Dinner Plate #3

 


I had a pizza craving, but the oven is not going on in this weather, so I made pizza pasta. Basically, it's just pasta with vegan sausage crumbles and pepperoni, bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, marinara sauce, and non-dairy Parmesan. With that, I had some yellow squash and broccoli. 

This was really good! I think it would probably have been better without the pepperoni--it was kind of soggy made this way--but it still satisfied the craving.

  1. Ohhhhhh yummmm! That's such a good idea to avoid the oven! I got an inexpensive air fryer to use instead of the oven and it has helped tremendously.

    1. I keep thinking I should get an air fryer, but then I think "it'll be hard to clean" and "it'll take up too much room" and "it'll be too noisy," even though I don't actually know if any of those things are true! But fortunately, at some point, summer ends.

    2. You can get air fryer liners that are perfect for helping with the cleaning! And they aren't difficult to clean without the liners either. You can get a smaller sized one if space is an issue. I'd def look into it, it's such a great thing to have!
