Sequestration Meal #90

I had some Don't Have a Cow meatballs in the freezer, and for some reason I wanted something slightly different, so I made baked spaghetti and meatballs. It was essentially just cooked spaghetti, sauce, already-simmered meatballs, and some shredded Daiya mozzarella, which I then broiled until the cheese melted and then topped it with parsley. I had some garlic toast on the side. It did make for a nice change of pace, somehow.

  1. Oooohh... this looks good. Melty cheese on top just makes it seem fancy and comforting all at once!

  2. Your baked spaghetti looks great! I still need to try the Don't Have a Cow meatballs sometime! How do they compare to other vegan meatballs you've had?

    1. The Don't Have a Cow ones are more oblong than round, softer, and less seasoned than the ones I prefer (Trader Joe's or Gardein).
