Sequestration Meal #368
A simple meal: Soy curl pepper steak (recipe from The Kitchen Wife) over rice. I had switched to low sodium soy sauce and that usually works but in this recipe I think I hadn't adjusted well so I ended up having to salt my portion, which kind of defeats the purpose of low sodium soy sauce. But oh, well. It tasted good.
This looks like a fun way to use soy curls.
