More convenience: Pasta salad made from leftover Annie's macaroni in a creamy sweet potato pumpkin sauce, leftover doctored-up canned baked beans, and some tomatoes and cucumbers with salt and pepper. (The salt was actually packed separately so they wouldn't get weepy.)

This was excellent. I absolutely adore the pasta salad made from leftover Annie's macaroni in a creamy vegan sauce (or whatever they call it these days). This one has vegan mayo, shredded carrots, finely chopped scallions, peas, and black olives, along with a shake or two of Mrs. Dash. It's perfection!
