Monbento Original #61 (Single Tier)

 


A meal you didn't see the first time around, so you're seeing leftovers: Braised purple cabbage and apples with Tofurky sausage, peppers, and onions.

Cabbage is easy, seasonal, and delicious; the sausage represents my caving to the need for convenience food, which you'll see in many iterations in the next several posts from me. But it was also good. All of it was good! The hard part of a meal like this is cutting veggies. Everything also works really well as leftovers the next day.

I can't say that I'm doing that much better, but fortunately that doesn't mean I'm not trying. I'm trying! So here's to cabbage.
