Sequestration Meal #539
Winter is casserole time. February, especially, is casserole time. This one is the cheesy chickpea cauliflower rice broccoli casserole from Flora and Vino alongside some Wegmans fishless tenders and homemade tartar sauce for dipping the tenders into.
Nothing too exciting but we don't always need much. It was good and comforting; this is as much as we can really ask these days!
The casserole looks particularly satisfying. Hope you are not too chilly there!
