Sequestration Meal #197


There are some classic meals worth having over and over (if you can think of it). This is some rice with homemade chili (TVP and pink beans are the proteins) and sliced avocado, seasoned with salt and pepper. Just a basic, hearty bowl of comfort food. (Chili may not be comfort food for most people, but I'm from the Southwest; how could it not be for me?)
