This is basic, but so, so satisfying: Apple slices, smoked almonds, a cup of chocolate-hazelnut spread, a larger cup of Greek-style plant based yogurt (lemon flavor), and a spinach muffin (recipe from the Natural Nurturer) with chocolate chips.

If you can't bear savory veggie preparations, go with sweet ones. It was that kind of a day for me, I guess.

To eat this, you have several options: You can dip apple slices and/or almonds into the chocolate hazelnut spread, or into the yogurt. You can spoon either the chocolate hazelnut spread or the yogurt--or both--onto the muffin. Most importantly, you can enjoy yourself.
