Monbento Square #40 (Single Tier)

 

You didn't see this the first time around, in part because it was too dark to show off my lasagna poroperly. But what we have here is a simple salad (romaine, cucumber, and orange bell pepper with Bac'n Bits and a dressing made of bottled Italian mixed with Vegenaise) and a homemade lasagna.

Lasagna is one of those things now that I feel like I can just wing, and I love that about it! Vegan lasagna is so much better and easier than any lasagna I made as a non-vegan.
