Sequestration Meal #487

 


Now that I can have my oven on, I want to bake things all the time! So of course this was an opportunity for chickpea meatloaf (recipe from Nora Cooks), alongside some spinach sauteed with caramelized onions and garlic and some whipped sweet potatoes.

I'm leaning hard into fall, I guess. I love these colors together!
